2002   Kafka’s Prague, an etching by Noyes Capehart was selected as the cover of the winter issue of Symposium, A Quarterly Journal In Modern Literatures

2003   Noyes Capehart’s suite of fourteen woodcuts depicting the Stations of the Cross, were published  by Morehouse Publishing (now Church Publishing) under the title, Walking the Way of Sorrows.  This Lenten meditation book includes fourteen monologues by writer Katerina Whitley. 2007  March issue of Our State magazine featured an article on Noyes Capehart, A Life in Pictures

2007  UNC-TV produced a video featuring Noyes Capehart and his art. The video was aired on the Our State television program (# 402) and has reappeared on the PBS channel with frequency since its initial appearance. Note: a link to this video is available on the home page.

2007  Auburn & Beyond: 12 Alumni Artists Return

2007  Saving the Places You Love/ An Invitational Exhibition of North Carolina Artists benefitting the Conservation Trust for North Carolina/ Collector’s Gallery/ Raleigh, NC/ April 21 – May 26. The work of Noyes Capehart selected for this exhibition was Song of the Waterway (2007)

2008  Forgiveness, Noyes Capehart was one of 15 artists invited to explore the theme of forgiveness for Longview Gallery (a project of the Collectors Gallery) Charlotte, NC    September 5 – November 8

2013   In April of 2013, Noyes Capehart was commissioned by the North Carolina Bar Association to paint a work for an art collection to accompany the completion of its new headquarters in the State Government Complex in Raleigh, NC. (Recommended artists were selected from the western, central and eastern part of the state to participate in the commissions.) Capehart’s work was titled Beach House. (acrylic on canvas/ 2012/ 48” x 48”)

2013  Invitational: Green Hill Gallery’s Winter Show/ Noyes Capehart was one of 120-150 artists from across the state invited to participate/ Greensboro, North Carolina/ Dec. 8, 2013 – Jan.12, 2014

2013 Noyes Capehart’s first fictional novel, Devil’s Mark, is published.  Devil’s Mark is available at the Art Cellar Gallery in Banner Elk, NC

2016  Chameleon, Noyes Capehart’s fictional sequel to Devil’s Mark, is published. Chameleon is available at the Art Cellar Gallery in Banner Elk, NC

2017  Noyes Capehart joined the Art Cellar Gallery in Banner Elk, NC. The gallery hosted Life on Canvas, a retrospective exhibition of Capehart’s work from 1958 through 2017/ August 2-26

2018  Noyes Capehart releases Cheap Joe, a biography on Boone entrepreneur Joe Miller, founder of Cheap Joe’s Art Stuff. The book is featured in the summer issue of Carolina Mountain Life. Cheap Joe is available at the Art Cellar Gallery, Banner Elk, NC

2018  The autumn issue of Carolina Mountain Life featured The Artistic Voice of Noyes Capehart, an  overview of his art in words and images

2019  An exhibition of recent works by Noyes Capehart is scheduled at the Art Cellar Gallery in Banner Elk, NC from August 20 through September 7. The reception/gallery talk is scheduled for Saturday, August 24 from 4:00 – 6:00pm
